LIVING ROOM

On the left of the entrance hall, is the living area. This room has a geometric style rug, beautiful fireplace, bookcase, a large corner sofa and a comfortable leather armchair. There is also a chair in the corner of the room and lovely decorative plants, as a television. A very stylish living area.

On the other side of the living area is a desk and chair, another rug and fireplace and a further bookcase. This room leads through to the kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA

There is a large wooden dining table, which can seat around 6 people. On the right of this, there is a kitchen island, with sink. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, including a deluxe Rangemaster oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room also leads out onto the garden through glass doors.

GARDEN

The garden area has both a patio and a lawn, with plants around the edge of the garden. There is a small table and chairs, so you can relax outside.

PRINCIPAL BEDROOM

This bedroom has a double bed, art on the wall, a fitted wardrobe and wooden floorboards. There is also a large, full length mirror.

SECOND BEDROOM

Upstairs to an adorable children's bedroom with single bunk bed to sleep one.

THIRD BEDROOM

This room has a double sofa bed, which sleeps 2. There is also a desk and chair. There is a cool charcoal grey-colour on the walls and a large cupboard for storage. The sash window has views out to the street below.

BATHROOM

This chic bathroom has beautiful tiles on the floor, as well as a marble topped sink, bath with shower overhead, and a WC.
