LIVING ROOM & DINING
Spacious in size, the living room is bright & airy, flooded with natural daylight. The room is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, a working desk area, a functioning fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Modern in style, the kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The spacious & airy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double pullout bed and is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a cabin shower. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided, alongside a hairdryer.
The large terrace is accessible via the living room and is equipped with outdoor dining and seating furniture.
Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.
We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Battersea is one of London's most popular residential neighbourhoods located south of the River Thames. The area offers a wide range of attractions, bars and restaurants to enjoy throughout your stay. Particular suggestions from the homeowner himself include a visit to Battersea Park (conveniently located just around the corner from the flat), where you can enjoy a game of mini-golf, tennis or a leisurely stroll and Latchmere Leisure Centre (6-min walk away.) Further recommendations include Duke of Cambridge (3-min walk away) for a quintessentially English pub experience and L'Antipasto (2-min walk away) for authentic Italian cuisine.
Clapham Junction Station is an 13-minute walk away, servicing the London Overground, the Gatwick Express, Southwestern Railway trains and Southern Railway trains. The nearest bus stop is The Latchmere (Stop LS) and is a 2-minute walk away servicing direct buses to Victoria and Liverpool Street. If you're travelling by car, the A3205 Battersea Park Road is just down the road from the property. There is pay-and-display parking nearby.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
