Only problem was that an air mattress ordered never was never delivered.

AC worked well in the main room and the master bedroom, but the other rooms had little or no circulation. Light switches are very confusing.
We loved being adjacent to Hyde park - and easy access to the tube was also very helpful. The porters were a source of good advice, and provided an extra key when the 1st one we received bent upon 1st use. The number of bedrooms and laundry facilities were perfect for us.
I can't do much walking so we brought a wheelchair with us which made the elevator essential.
