GROUND FLOOR
ENTRANCE
As you step into the house, which has wooden flooring throughout, there is a large living room is towards the left with an adjoining piano room.
DOUBLE RECEPTION ROOM
The sitting space has comfy sofas and wonderfully rustic exposed brick walls with a wood burning stove, creating an inviting atmosphere. The adjoining room is a lovely space to sit and read a book from the huge array on display, or to enjoy the grand piano.
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN
Further along the corridor, towards the rear of the house, is a sizeable open-plan eat in kitchen which also has an exposed brick wall. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar island, sleek white cabinetry and wooden surfaces. The bright dining table has hanging lights above, and will seat up to eight guests.
GARDEN
From the kitchen you can access a pretty paved garden which has outdoor seating for guests who enjoy dining al fresco!
GAMES ROOM
There is a modern garden room with sofa, table football and table tennis table. This room also offers a projector- great for watching films on the big screen.
FIRST FLOOR
SECOND, THIRD & FOURTH BEDROOM
First room at the top of the stairs can work as a play area for kids, and doubles as a bedroom with a double sofa bed. The second and third bedrooms on this floor have double beds.
FAMILY SHOWER ROOM
The family bathroom comes fully fitted with a tiled shower space.
SECOND FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM with en-suite
The master bedroom on the top floor has a double bed, study desk and a comfy couch. It comes with the comfort of a smart en suite bathroom fitted with a free standing roll-top bathtub. There are two single fold away beds for two extra guests.
