At the front of the home is a black cast iron gate and front garden. Inside the home, on the left of the welcoming entrance hall, is the living area.
LIVING ROOM
A perfectly polished room, with velvet armchairs in green, a sofa in the window, a gold mirror above the fireplace and glass coffee table. The bay window is adorned in pretty white shutters as well.
A few steps down lead to the second reception area, which has green walls lines in great artworks- creating a cosy atmosphere. The space comprises a sofa, leather armchair and quilted leather ottoman. Opposite the seating area, is a fireplace, filled with real logs, with a television above. Either side of the hearth, are bookcases. The Parquet flooring leads through to the kitchen and dining space.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
Offering high ceilings and fully retractable doors out to the garden, the kitchen and dining area is spacious and light. There is a long island in the centre of the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
The dining area enjoys views out to the garden outside. There is a circular table in white, with surrounding Eames chairs, also in white.
WC
The guest loo includes a WC and basin, with navy-blue panelling.
GARDEN
The garden has the feel of an outside room, with a paved area, complete with modernist outdoor seating, as well as a lawn area, complete with sofa and surrounding lavender plants.
CINEMA
On the lower ground floor, is a cinema room. This offers a large projector screen, comfortable corner sofa and bold striped wallpaper. There is also a desk and chair here, if in need of a space to work or read.
BATHROOM
On the first floor, is the bathroom, which boasts graphic monochrome floor tiles. The room comprises a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.
FIRST BEDROOM
With a double bed (photos to follow), this room can also be used as a reception space. For storage, there is a chest of drawers, with television on top, as well as a wardrobe by the window.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
With an attractive feature wall, the principal bedroom offers style and comfort. Behind the king-sized bed are several shelves, filled with art, trinkets and pottery. There is a built-in wardrobe, in grey, either side of the bed.
PRINCIPAL EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom is adorned in marbled tiles throughout. It includes a basin, WC, large mirror and walk-in shower.
THIRD BEDROOM
On the next level up, is a further bedroom, complete with a double bed. This inviting space also has a classic, decorative fireplace and wardrobe for storage. In one corner, is a quilted leather chair.
MEZZANINE BEDROOM
At the top of the home is a lovely mezzanine in the eaves, with a sloped ceiling on one side and skylights above. Please note, there is a ladder for access.
