KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING AREA

This open place, light space comprises a kitchen, with black worktops and modern fittings. It includes all of the amenities you will need during your stay. A small breakfast bar is complete with two bar stools. In addition, there is a dining table and chairs for a relaxed dinner time.

The seating area has a large corner sofa and windows wrapping around the room. There is a television opposite as well. A door leads out to the balcony.

With views of the area, this balcony provides a great outdoor space, in addition to the communal gardens of this building.

UTILITIES CUPBOARD

There is a utilities cupboard with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. The boiler can also be found here.

FIRST BEDROOM

A child’s bedroom with a small double bed (3/4 size), bookcase, television, chest of drawers and toys.

SECOND BEDROOM

This room is also great for children, with a bunk bed with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a desk by the window. From the window, you can enjoy views to the River Thames.

A spacious bathroom with a bath, WC, basin and mirror above, all in sleek tiling.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom enjoys fantastic views to the River and the surrounding area. There is a double bed, which faces the windows and doors to access the second balcony. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.

COMMUNAL GARDENS

This building enjoys many outdoor areas, including the ‘sky gardens’ on the roof, with views out to the River. The communal gardens on the ground level also have chess tables, table tennis tables, an outdoor gym and a tennis courts, all for guests to enjoy.
