Clarendon Gardens
Description
Beautifully furnished Little Venice vacation home in a wonderful central location.
LIVING & EATING
The first floor comprises a large, very light and comfortable living room, dining room (seating six) and adjoining fully fitted kitchen for convivial living and entertaining. A small study nook is located in the entrance staircase, for peaceful work and writing.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The top floor has two bedrooms - the master with kingsize (5ft wide) bed and en suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, and up a short flight of stairs is the third, small single bedroom. These two are served by the family bathroom, with a shower stall.
ACCESS & SUITABILITY
The maisonette principally occupies two floors. This excludes the top staircase to the third bedroom and the entrance staircase from the apartment door. There are two flights of stairs to this door from the street level entrance.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The maisonette is located on a quiet residential road, a few minutes’ walk to the famous and beautiful canals and boat life of Little Venice, a wonderful peaceful contrast to the hustle and bustle of London, which itself is easily found - Warwick Avenue tube is a mere 300m walk from the flat, which whisks you into Oxford St in 10 mins, direct along the Bakerloo Line.

The Area
Moments from Oxford Street, Marylebone is like a red-bricked village. Paul McCartney penned Yesterday here; Arthur Conan Doyle wrote Sherlock Holmes. Walk north along its fashionable high street, past Daunt Books, to the many attractions of Regent’s Park. Come Sunday, a visit to Marylebone Farmers’ Market is best followed by brunch at Chiltern Firehouse.
