LOWER GROUND FLOOR
KITCHEN/ RECEPTION ROOM
The basement reception room is bright and airy with neutral colours and plenty of comforts. The flat screen television sits next to the fabulous wood-burning stove in the centre of the room. The living and dining area are open plan and the dining table sits in the middle of the spacious modern kitchen, with delightful views of the garden, a lovely feature wall in calming shade of pale green, and bright modern lighting. The smooth tiled floors and the large range cooker enhance the traditional feel. The other side of the living room extends into the bright conservatory style area. The French doors lead you outside, up some stone steps towards the patio garden.
GARDEN
A beautiful outdoor space with split levels, accessible through both the ground floor French windows which open onto the garden itself; and the first floor study, which opens onto a charming terrace dotted with shrubs. You can dine outside during the warmer evenings on the wooden table and benches, ensconced by beautiful plants.
UPPER GROUND FLOOR
LIVING ROOM
The second reception area, at the front of the house on the ground level, is also a colourful space with red walls and cream furniture. The marble surround fireplace is the focal point of the room and the polished wooden floors are an extra traditional touch. The shuttered windows and delicate chandelier are also really lovely features and only enhance what is already a fantastically designed space. This room extends out into a study area with desk, swivel chair and lamp. The perfect, quiet space to catch up on some essential reading or paperwork if required. The bookshelves beside the desk are full of various novels and reference books and ensure you will never be bored!

The shower room has very modern fixtures and fittings whilst still retaining a vintage style. The olive green tiles on the wall really set off the chrome and glass in the room, especially the large shower cubicle.

Three mirrors, white tiled walls, and lighting in both the ceiling and floor, make this a bright, luxurious space to relax in.
THIRD FLOOR
FOURTH BEDROOM
The attic conversion is up a spiral staircase with modern, wide spaced steps. The room is well lit by several skylight windows and features the original exposed beams of the building. A pretty single day bed sits at the far end of the room, leaving plenty of space for storage.
Great location.
Hygeine worries that the owner's, presumably dirty washing, was in the laundry basket. Very alarmed that there was no mattress protector so only a sheet between us and the mattress on both beds.No towels for hand washing at the sinks. Only one tea towel provided and no oven gloves
Mixed messages about when and how long the cleaners an issue already addressed.
Both showers leak water onto the floor. Some maintenance is needed.
Some more instructions about the house would have been good eg the washing machine instructions could have been in a folder rather than having to hunt through the owners personal things. I would have preferred that the owners had put more of their personal things away
Lovely to have a nice garden in London. so close to town and the canal a great quiet street. Great pubs and friendly neighbours
