It is served by an adjacent bathroom which comprises a bath rather than a shower, whilst the first floor accommodates two further bedrooms, one with a UK king (5ft wide) bed, the second with a standard double (4ft wide) bed. A second family bathroom is located between these two rooms, with a large shower stall, basin, and WC.

LAYOUT & ACCESS
The home is accessed at street level and is set over three floors, with a central staircase between them. Please note that the underground runs to the rear of this property - the home is well insulated for sound, and we’ve accommodated happy guests for many years here. Still, the home may not be suitable for those particularly sensitive to sound.
