A quietly elegant neighbourhood, Pimlico has a reputation for discrete yet alluringly glamorous residents. Addresses such as Dolphin Square has been the home of spies, MPs and even, at one point, Royalty (Princess Anne once had an apartment here for several months in the early 90s). Just around the corner is Tate Britain where some of the finest examples of Pre-Raphaelite artworks are part of their permanent collection.

No smoking, pets or parties! This home is set over two floors with no lift. Currently repair works are going on which means some scaffolding and the possibility of noise between 9am and 5pm. It's due to finish by the end of April 2023. Being on the ground floor though, you'll find there's minimal disturbance. The TV in the living room is cunningly tucked away in one of the cupboards. Please note the house is on the market, so viewings may take place during your stay. We will always give you at least 24 hours notice.

Overall experience very good. A little disappointed with the locals in the neighbourhood. Encountered a few drug/alcohol influenced people and didn’t feel very safe at times. They seem to frequent the steps near the garbage room!
The guest toilet remained unable to be used during our stay, which was broken before we arrived.
The TV reception is very poor. It worked on occasions, but we really only wanted to watch the news updates etc, which was not possible.
Suggest that the owners have this looked at for future guests.

The home was very comfortable for my family of four. The double beds in the 2nd bedroom were one of the main attractions of the property for my family's needs. Europe can be quite challenging with respect to accommodating more than one child. The home was decorated nicely and the bathroom toilets and showers functioned to expectation. The master shower was slightly fickle re: water temperature. The only other complaint would be that a couple homeless individuals lingered near the trash room on one night. Otherwise I enjoyed the location and the property itself.

The staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The property was beautiful and convenient for all planned activities. Loved the neighborhood - restaurants, groceries, transportation links. Made our London trip a great experience! Thank you.

Overall, very positive, as the apartment was well appointed and luxurious and has a great location. It was also clean when we arrived and the bedding was very comfortable. We would recommend more accommodation for people's clothing and other items (such as a working chest of drawers in both bedrooms; and perhaps more hooks in the bedroom and bathroom). The TV reception was spotty at best, which was disappointing. The WiFi was wonderful, we were able to stream from several devices at the same time. Several light bulbs were out. We would also suggest a coffee maker or at least an electric kettle.

Very nice property and suited our needs perfectly. As described in write up and property was very clean upon arrival. The boiling water tap was faulty so we had to boil the water in a pan on stove which was fine but it would've been useful to have a kettle.

Pimlico is a good neighbourhood to stay in being close to the river and good transport links.

Great experience overall! The property needs a little maintenance - there were a lot of light bulbs out and the TV service didn’t work, but other than that it was fantastic.
