Welcome to this luxurious house situated on a quiet residential mews in Belgravia, Central London. Moments from the property are Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and the King’s Road. Sloane Square and Victoria stations are both a 10-minute walk away, providing great transport links. The house itself is set across 2 floors and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV and WiFi are provided.
Located on the ground floor, the living room is spacious in size and beautifully decorated. The room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table, alongside stylish ornaments and tasteful art pieces which are adorned throughout. WiFi is available.
KITCHEN & DINING
Also on the ground floor is the modern kitchen which is fully-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining room is furnished with an elegant glass table and can seat up to 6 guests.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom is spacious in size and is furnished with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, alongside a seating area with 2 armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an armchair and a built-in cupboard. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a sink and a toilet. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.
Guests will have access to the entire house. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.
We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Sloane Square Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Circle & District lines. Victoria Station is also a 10-minute walk away and services the London Underground (Circle, District and Victoria lines) as well as Gatwick Express, Southern, Thameslink and southeastern trains. The nearest bus stop (4-min walk away) is Eaton Square (Stop J) and goes directly to Victoria. If you’re travelling by car, the B310 Belgrave Place is just around the corner. There is pay-and-display parking nearby.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
