Upon entering the home, there is a welcoming hallway. On the right-hand side, is a living area.

LIVING ROOM

The main living room is spacious and light- with a large corner sofa and a further sofa by the fireplace. This room also includes a television, artwork on the walls and armchairs by the windows. There are French doors out to the garden as well.

GARDEN

The garden comprises a paved area as well as a lawn. There is a table tennis table and a BBQ for entertainment and dinners al fresco.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

The kitchen and dining space is sleek and sophisticated in style. With a dining table and surrounding red chairs for 8 people. French doors lead out to the garden as well.

The kitchen itself comprises a large island, with barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

Around the corner, is a utility area with the washing machine and a pantry.

FIRST BEDROOM

On the first floor, to the first bedroom with a single bed. This room also comprises a desk with chair, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

BATHROOM

A sleek bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC and square basin.

SECOND BEDROOM

A light bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

THIRD BEDROOM

The third bedroom includes a King-size bed, in cast iron frame, a bookcase and artwork on the wall. There is also a cream wardrobe.

EN SUITE

The en suite bathroom comprises a shower, WC and basin.

FOURTH BEDROOM

This bedroom is perfect for children- with a single bunk bed and a desk with chair below. There is a wardrobe and shelving as well.

MASTER BEDROOM

Finally, the master bedroom, with a Super-king size bed in the centre and a tall, quilted headboard above- with bedside tables either side. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe, television and an armchair by the windows.

MASTER EN SUITE

The en suite bathroom includes a bath, WC, basin and a large walk-in shower.

The rooms on the top floor of the house will be locked.
