Minimalist it might be, but there's no scrimping on stylishness in this chic one-bedroom pad. A light-filled, open-plan living room boasts a blend of textures, offsetting wood floors and exposed brickwork with a delectably soft rug and large cushy sofa. At one end sits a dining table with space for six guests and vintage views of the classic terraced street opposite, whilst the other offers a contemporary contrast, with a sleek kitchen and impressive glass curtain wall opening onto a delightful roof terrace. Nip out here on a warm evening for a few drinks and a spot of alfresco dining. And if things get a bit chilly, you can always cosy up by the wood burner afterwards. Wind your way upstairs and you'll find a well-equipped bathroom, complete with decadent double steam showers, followed by an attractive top-floor bedroom — showcasing clean white interiors, a striking four-poster bed, and standalone bathtub. All boxes ticked.
We love...
The living area is bursting with well-placed contrasts, be it smooth tiles and textured bricks, or fresh tones and charcoal accents. We're also very keen on that open staircase, which lends a swanky air of architectural design to the place. It's hard not to over praise such an expertly understated home.
