Area

Kensington

Kensington is a genteel district in one of the grandest boroughs in London, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It’s home to many of the city’s most significant museums, including the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and the recently reopened Design Museum. Not only does the neighbourhood have many elegant shops, churches and parks for visitors to enjoy, Kensington High Street is a hub for music and journalism too. The Daily Mail – amongst other newspapers – have their offices here, as do the UK offices of major music empires, like EMI, Universal and Sony.

Please note, bedroom three incorporates a trundle bed which pulls down to form a twin configuration whilst the double bed in bedroom four is a comfortable Murphy bed which also pulls down from the wall (with the added benefit of being in its own private room). Although this is a ground-floor apartment, there are some steps leading up to the entrance. While there is no direct access to the gardens from the property, you’ll be able to reach them easily from home’s ground floor location. There is also an on-site porter at the mansion block who is very knowledgeable about the building to assist with any queries.
