Great second stay at this apartment. Very comfortable, has AC if needed, location is very convenient and safe.

agency was very helpful when we needed to move our check-in time due to train delays. They are always responsive and easy to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the washer/drier...couldn't get it to work properly and just don't think it was explained properly at check in.

Additional toilet paper in the apartment would also be nice.

Our stay was very successful. We were met upon our arrival and given a quick tour of the flat. Everything was great - comfortable beds, kitchen well-equipped and fans to keep us cool. Location is very central and convenient grocery shopping and M&S nearby.
