The location of this property is wonderfully central, with cultural attractions in every direction. Earl's Court itself is home to a whole host of fantastic restaurants, with The Natural History Museum, V&A, Science Museum, Saatchi Gallery, and Harrods, all easily accessible. Heading north, you can find Holland Park, The Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, The Serpentine Gallery and the famous Portobello Market. If you want to explore the rest of London, you can find the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines at Earls Court tube station, a few minutes walk away, which will whisk you away to the heart of the West End, with Westminster very nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in was a little tricky because we weren't 100% sure which door was ours but once we got in we were super happy! The beds are super comfortable, the flat is spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. There is a co-op store just down the street and made it easy to pick up any snacks or breakfast food. This flat is very close to the Earl's Court stop on the Piccadilly Line which is convenient to everything. The District line also goes out of the Earl's Court station making getting anywhere we needed to go really easy. Perhaps most important you don't have to change lines coming in from Heathrow. We really don't have any complaints at all. Without a doubt, we'd stay here again.

Nevern Place is the most fantastic place to stay! I could not recommend Nevern Place more highly, not only is the location wonderful, nestled in-between everything you could need in London, but it is the most comfortable property that I would not hesitate to return to for my future stays in London, highly recommend!

SMARTER was wonderful to work with. They responded to every communication within hours (or less) and were most accommodating with an extension for check out when our flight was delayed. The property was as advertised and a small maintenance issue was corrected within three hours. The assurance of having a staff watching out for our needs while in a foreign country was priceless

This basement apartment is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Lots of clean glassware, the beds and living room furniture are comfortable and the overall décor is very pretty. We had a brief issue with the hot water initially, but the property managers were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue (it remains resolved for the rest of our 10-day stay). Although it’s a lower-level location, there is lots of natural light. The location is great; close to several shops, restaurants and public transport, but still quiet. We would absolutely stay again.

The company representatives were extremely helpful with our questions and several changes when we were trying to find the best location to stay. They had multiple properties to offer us, and our selection was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Nevern Place in Earl's Court. This was a fantastic location for us being very close to the tube station and not too far from Zone 1, which suited us perfectly. The apartment was very clean, quiet, spacious and well-outfitted, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores just down the street. All apartment information was very clearly communicated and it was easy to obtain the keys. The rental process was very professional. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent there again. We very much appreciated the team accommodating our requests for early arrival, and late departure at the last minute. We were grateful for all of their assistance and highly recommend this company for apartment rentals in London.

Great apt and very communicative owner. We were there during the summer and it was a bit warm at night with windows closed. Kitchen set up was great. All kinds of condiments, pans, etc. Laundry & bathrooms clean and stocked. Although very near shops and restaurants it was a very quiet street. I would definitely recommend this property!
