The ground floor comprises a light open plan kitchen leading onto a dining area seating six guests and direct access to a rear garden complete with a TV/family room and guest loo. The first floor has a large living room with period wooden flooring, a cosy fireplace, a bedroom with twin single beds, and a separate shower. The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom fitted with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide), served by an en-suite shower and bath and a third family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A further double bedroom with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) is on the upper floor. A sunny roof terrace at the rear of the house traps the afternoon sun beautifully.
