2. The extra blow up mattress came with no pump, which necessitated a request to guest services
3. We had a problem with an ant infestation, and there was no bug spray, which necessitated another request to guest services
4. There were inadequate rolls of toilet paper/kitchen rolls
5. There were no dish clothes/sponges to wash dishes
