Whether you're on a summer getaway looking for fresh, light-drenched interiors and villa-esque doors onto the decking, or a winter retreat enriched by modern comfort and a classically British aesthetic, this home has it all. The living room has relaxation written all over it, promising sunny afternoons flitting in and out of the garden (which boasts a neat lawn — Astro-turf, shh — that Wimbledon Tennis Club would be proud of), and cosy evenings-in enjoying a film on that irresistibly cushy sofa. A sweeping, open-plan kitchen and dining room offer pristine design and a generously-sized table for six. Upstairs, soft tones and sash windows give the four bedrooms a classic feel. If you're looking for some extra peace and quiet, we'd highly recommend the principal bedroom, which enjoys its own floor, swathes of space, and a well-equipped ensuite. But whatever you're looking for — the modest elegance of double bay windows overlooking the garden, a cute wall mural for children, or two perfectly-placed office nooks — this home has got you covered.
We love...
You really couldn't ask for a better location. Tennis fan or not, whether you're here to soak up some history at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum, or simply explore its eponymous neighbourhood full of leafy parks, village-esque pubs, and only a stone's throw from the buzz of Wimbledon town, you can still enjoy views of this iconic sporting site from your own bedroom window. Is Centre Court this comfy? We think not.
