Area

Lambeth

Best known as one of London’s most lively LGBTQ+ scenes, this vibrant riverside neighbourhood has many late night clubs and pubs to choose from. The new American Embassy building has found its home here (although much maligned by Donal Trump), and M16 has had its headquarters here since the 90s. A short walk away is the Tate Britain, overlooking the river Thames and for sports lovers, Oval Cricket Ground holds regular fixtures.

Reviews

Donna,
The perfect location to see anything and everything in London with a beautiful view of the River Thames. The Vauxhall Tube station and bus stations are just minutes away on foot to access other parts of the city easily. The apartment is perfect size for two couples and all the amenities necessary to make your stay comfortable.
Per,
Very pleasant stay. Perfect neighborhood, close to everything!
Cammie,
Clean and lovely apartment with a great view. 2nd bedroom was tight, but the common areas were nice. The biggest drawback was that bathroom is very dark. There was one lightbulb burned out, but even with that it would still have been quite dim. A stand-style mirror was provided. Maybe if it was the type that lights up, that would help for doing necessary things like taking contacts out or applying makeup.

The toaster was partially broken and causes a brief moment of panic when the toast caught fire. We reported the issues and a new toaster is supposed to be on its way. We also discovered that the front door callbox was not working (this was awkward as we were isolating and needed to have everything delivered). Finally, the dishwasher functioned, but didn't do much to get the dishes clean, which was a disappointment. The agency team was responsive to our issues, though none were actually resolved due to us being in COVID isolation.
