Further along the corridor, you will find a single bedroom overlooking the rear of the property. Besides the single bedroom is a family bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower. For a fourth guest, the single bed in the drawing room can be made up, and given the large size of the room, this configuration does not infringe on living space.

This home is on the first floor. There are a few external steps to the main entrance and stairs up to the first floor. The home itself is set over a single floor.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Despite the serenity of the street that this home is on (including the leafy gardens just yards from the front door that you can access), it is also in a fantastic location to enjoy Notting Hill's delights and accessible transport links for getting around London. In the vicinity, you can walk to Kensington Gardens (home of Will and Kate), Hyde Park, Portobello Road (with its world-famous market), and the many charming boutiques and restaurants of Westbourne Grove, in under 15 minutes. Walking through the enchanting streets of Notting Hill is a pleasure in itself. This home is a two-minute walk from Royal Oak underground station for accessing further afield, where you can board the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. A ten-minute walk gets you to Bayswater station to access the District line, and slightly beyond this is Queensway station (for the Central line). You can catch direct trains to Kings Cross train station, the City, South Kensington and Sloane Square from these stations. For the Overground, Paddington station is a 15-minute walk from the house.
