It is in a fantastic location too, with some fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and bars at Balham and Tooting, both just 10 minutes walk away. In Balham, explore Hildreth Street for some fantastic cafes, including Brickwood and Milk, or walk to the iconic Tooting Market for some incredible food.

Transport wise, exploring the rest of London is easy too. The closest tube station is just 10 minutes away (Balham - Northern Line), or there is a bus stop at the top of the road.
