Welcome to the fabulous Edith Terrace, luminous, spacious, comfortable, - and newly renovated. Conveniently located on the first floor of an apartment block that sits just off fashionable King’s Road, this apartment boasts a private balcony and easy access to transport links into the city.

Step inside the generously proportioned living room, complete with a large and comfortable sofa, a well-furnished kitchen, stocked with all you might desire for knocking up a simple supper or a sophisticated dinner party. You will find a breakfast bar, with stools, in addition to a dining table to seat four. 

Find two bedrooms; the first contains a super king bed (6ft wide), with a beautiful chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The second bedroom, with twin singles, is perfect for accommodating children if you are a family party. Expect two bathrooms, one with a shower and a large family bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. Both have heated towel rails, WCs and washbasins. 

This apartment is on the first floor of an apartment block. There is an elevator for those who prefer not to take the stairs. Once inside, the apartment is arranged across one level. 

You might just have hit upon the most desirable postcode in London: just off King’s Road, a short walk from the bustling Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green; within walking distance of all the fabulous boutiques and high street shops that line the King’s Road; an easy reach, either by foot or bicycle, from Sloane Square: this is the place to be. A constellation of the brightest and most glamorous bars and cafes are within a quarter of an hour of your door. For those of a Thespian bent, the Royal Court theatre is just on Sloane Square and on Saturdays at the nearby Duke of York Square, a gastronomically cosmopolitan food market will hold all foodies in its thrall. The Saatchi Gallery, a few minutes away, will delight all art fans, and a short and picturesque walk will take you down onto Chelsea embankment and the Thames to the foot of the iconic Albert Bridge.

Great property, location

The flat was as advertised and worked out well for our family. It was comfortable and well appointed (e.g. well appointed kitchen for cooking; good amount of space for family of 4). We stayed during Londons heat wave and owner immediately reimbursed us for purchase of fan for bedroom. Location worked out well once we figured out the buses. Close to coffee shops, pharmacy & grocery stores

The place is very nice and clean as described. The location is about fifteen minutes walk from the nearest subway station which is Fulham Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within one mile radius.

I will definitely go to Ivy lettings first for our next visit to London. This was our 2nd time booking through Ivy lettings. Everything was great, our questions were answered immediately. Someone was there to greet us when we arrived and show us round but perhaps most importantly for us, the apartment was clean and well equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The Ivy lettings website is easy to use and they offer a good range of high quality places to stay in London.

Guy was very helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is very well located, close enough to the centre of London.
