Notting Hill has long been one of our most sought-after neighbourhoods, and we’re delighted to present this lovely one bedroom holiday flat which epitomises the rich character of this area.

LIVING & EATING
With high ceilings and natural light, the home's heart is the colourful open-plan living, eating, and dining room. Relax on the sofa surrounded by the beautiful artworks whilst reading a book from the extensive range or prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. You will find a separate study on the mezzanine overlooking the open-plan living, giving a great sense of space.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom with UK super king (6ft wide) bed and plentiful storage in the wardrobes is located across the hallway. The upstairs mezzanine can accommodate a further two guests with a standard double bed (4.5ft wide); however, this bedroom is not suitable for children under 10 years old. There are two modern bathrooms in this apartment, one ensuite to the bedroom with a step-free shower and an additional separate bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. 

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is accessed on the second floor of the block via stairs. There is also one internal staircase to the main level of the apartment. 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Located perfectly on the border of Notting Hill and Holland Park, this vacation rental gives you central London living with the bonus of plenty of outdoor space within close walking distance. Holland Park even has some resident cows; see if you can spot them while you’re in town! Perhaps you will spend Saturday exploring the eclectic and bustling Portobello Road Market, a 15-minute walk away; its sides burst at the seams with antiques, vintage fashion stores, and bakeries and boasts some of the world’s best-loved stalls. The Portobello Green Fashion Market runs Thursday through to Sunday. Or head to Golborne Road for tempting food produce in the week and first-class bric-a-brac and second-hand items at the weekend. Just a fifteen-minute walk away, you will find another one of London’s famous green spaces, Hyde Park. Here you can ride horses, hire rowing boats on the Serpentine Lake and enjoy views of Kensington Palace. Within 5 minutes walk of both Notting Hill and Holland Park tube stations, this London holiday rental is located within easy reach of multiple local amenities and excellent transport links into Central London and the West End with all its museums, theatres, and high-end shopping.

My family and I spent 14 days in Holland Park View in August 2022. We had a wonderful holiday since the property was extremely central , safe and residential. The apartment was within walking distance of Westfields Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush Station, and Holland Park Station. We were also able to walk to Notting Hill Gate, Bayswater, and Hyde Park. There were bus stops right on the doorstep of the apartment. We had everything we needed within walking distance, Tescos, Marks and Spencers, Waitrose for groceries and a lot of restaurants. Only negative was that the apartment was a bit dated. It is just for this reason that I did not rate the experience a perfect 5. This is the fifth property of Ivy Lettings we have stayed in since 2017 and we highly recommend their services. The team is very friendly and responsive.

We loved this property! Communication with the property manager from beginning to end was flawless. They emailed a few weeks ahead of time to confirm and an agent met us at the flat to explain everything. The flat was very clean, well lit and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The tube was a 5 minute walk away so it was easy to get around to all the sites. The beds were very comfortable and 2 bathrooms were a bonus for us as a family of four. We appreciated the nice bathroom amenities and guidebooks on London. We definitely recommend this property. Overall a fantastic stay!
