A large and light east-facing living room and eat-in kitchen feature as the main space in this apartment. The fully fitted kitchen includes every amenity for the keen chef, and an extendable dining table can seat 6 comfortably.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with UK king-size bed (5 ft wide) is huge and bright, with wonderful rooftop views. An ensuite bathroom serves this room with bath, shower, loo and basin. The second bedroom, which is across the hallway, has a standard UK double (4.5 ft wide) bed and is served by the adjacent bathroom (off the hallway). If requested, an airbed can also be provided to accommodate a further two guests. 

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is on the third floor of the block, with no elevator. As such, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The apartment is on a single floor, except for a single flight of stairs upon entry.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The apartment is located a few minutes walk to the famous and beautiful canals and boat life of Little Venice, a wonderful peaceful contrast to the hustle and bustle of London, which itself is easily found - Warwick Avenue tube is a mere 6-minute walk from the flat which whisks you into Oxford St in 10 mins direct along the Bakerloo Line.

This vacation rental is the ideal home away from home for families or small groups looking to be in a very central and convenient location.
