London teems in front of you as you step out the door. Oxford Street is moments from the front door, and a world of elegant boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants can be found within a few blocks. Theatreland is within walking distance, as are Green Park and Hyde Park, and the property is served excellently by the Central and Jubilee Lines, bringing wider London within easy reach. Locations really don’t come much better than this.

Having lived in London for five years, I come back to London every year for Christmas to visit family. I love to stay in the Mayfair area, and this apartment did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, very convenient to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The building is lovely and I was very comfortable there. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The building entrance made me feel very safe. Everything was clean even air freshener in elevator, and not the cheap kind. The unit was top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and nice lines. Heated floor and towel rack in very large bathroom, with a lot of shelf space. Stand along heater/ fan was very nice. Unit was quiet never heard a thing from outside or from other units. Had good accessories for the kitchen and bath which greatly appreciated. Nice glasses and coffee cups. The company was great to work with always available and picking up keys was no hassle. The location of the unit couldn’t be better, restaurants and shopping within steps and all the major attractions very close. I’m so happy I went to smarter and this apartment. After using VRBO one time and showing up from out of the country only to find there was no apartment and they wouldn’t do anything and taking months to get my money back I’ll never use them again.

This flat was very comfortable and in a perfect location! It is modern and very clean. The front door man was always greeting and speaking with us! Will definitely try and stay here again!

This is an incredibly comfortable flat for two people, and it's in a great location. It's easy to get to from major airports (the Elizabeth Line Station for Bond Street is 50-100 yards away, and there are two other Tube stations a five-minute walk in either direction). This flat is also in an amazing location, right in the hear of all the best shopping (New Bond Street and Oxford Street) and restaurants. I loved it.

I don’t know if there is a better place than London at Christmas time. And better yet, to be only a block off New Bond Street in Mayfair is just icing on the cake. Thank you Ivy Lettings for workings with us as our flight schedules changed. What a wonderful studio to spend 10 days in. Terrifically furnished and easily accessible to the new Elisabeth line only a block away.

We just completed a 10 day stay at the Mayfair unit and were not disappointed. Starting with the booking process, Nicola was extremely prompt in returning emails, confirming details as well as always being pleasant, helpful and cordial. The unit itself was exactly as it was shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and larger than we had imagined it. Took us a bit to figure out the lighting controls - quite different than in the US. Never could figure out the Control4 remote. The bathroom is very large. It took us a bit to figure out that those were not file cabinets under the table - they were the pull out chairs for the dining table. Doh! Although the building is right across from two quite popular pubs, we never heard any street noise. There is high rise construction across the street but that noise doesn't seem to start until after 9:00 so no problem there either. Get to know Max (Maximus) the concierge for the building. He is one of the most upbeat people whom I have ever met - he really helped to make our stay so memorable. Over all just a wonderful stay

Location location location is what they say and stepping out this door was amazing to sites a d sounds of London’s most colourful district. Steps to Liberty John Lewis Selfridges and Fortnum Mason. A walkers paradise to the West End theatres. Regent street New Bond Street all leads to Trafalgar Square. The apartment: fabulous one room gem. 850 sq feet all open concept. En suite has plenty of space for washing the day away and getting ready in the morning. A few kitchen items were missing like crockery and wine openers but one mention had the owner and the manager setting things correct! All future tenants will Have all they need! I would stay again. And please look at their full portfolio. It’s truly amazing their properties

The flat itself was pretty spectacular. The location is perfect, right in the heart of it all and very roomy and spacey with a huge terrific bathroom. I've never stayed in a studio before (sans bedroom) but the layout made it perfect, with a large bed area, terrific living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. It was terrific!!

Such a great space for my recent trip to London on business. It had everything I needed for the week - with a bit of home comfort that a hotel just couldn't provide. It's so spacious considering it is just a studio apartment. Would definitely recommend if you're in London on business, or even for couples!

Such a lovely, modern space - right in the heart of London! We couldn't have asked for more. You would think being so close to Oxford Street it might be a bit intense - but we just loved the location. We will definitely come back, and hopefully soon!
