Area

Primrose Hill

This neighbourhood enjoys one of the most breathtaking views of London for those who climb to the top of its eponymous hill on the corner of Regent’s Park. A popular spot for kite-flying in the autumn months and for drinks-and-a-picnic in the summer this charming spot is always buzzing peacefully with activity. A true ‘urban village’, Primrose Hill is a popular home for celebrities and the well-heeled to enjoy a quieter life while still remaining close to the heart of the city.

No smoking, pets or parties! Two of the beds are small doubles, suited to 1 adult or 2 children. One of the bedrooms is not yet photographed but comes with a standard double to sleep two guests. Visiting in the summer? There are four small portable electric fans to help keep cool. These are usually set up in four of the bedrooms, and can be moved to your preference. The studio at the end of the garden is not available to guests. The garden is within earshot of the railway line that runs behind — it's not too noticeable inside, but you might hear the trains with the windows open in summer. If you want a hit of adrenaline during your stay, there is gym equipment available for use on request - just let us know at the time of booking and we will have them set-up for you.

Reviews

Sapna,
We stayed at the house for 7 nights. The photos were pretty accurate. It's a great house for a large group. The local area has lots to do and many places to eat. Taking the tube from Camden Town and bus access was convenient with 3 young children.

Some of the fittings in the house do have some wear and tear - kitchen skylight leaked with rain, some of the bathroom vanities have peeling paint etc. The upstairs rooms do get warm in the summer time.
