LIVING & EATING
The spacious living area is flooded with natural light thanks to the large French windows and comes with two large sofas and a comfortable armchair. There is a writing desk to seat two – perfect for those in London on business. There are also two balconies, with delicate window boxes, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a view over the square.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has a UK King bed (5ft wide), opens out onto a private balcony, and has an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, and WC. A further two guests can be accommodated on the double sofa bed (4.5ft wide) in the living room.

This is a lovely property on a quiet square in Bayswater, a convenient location in London, near good shopping and restaurants, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and to major Tube lines. The flat is well equipped with wifi and televisions, kitchen facilities, and a comfortable bed; the two balconies at the front and rear of the flat enhance the light and setting. Older guests should be aware that the short staircase to the bathroom and bedroom has no railing nor is there a stability bar in the shower

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most adorable flat in Notting Hill. This charming residence is a delightful gem tucked away in an inviting and relaxed neighborhood just a stone's throw from the bustling main street with its plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, and great pubs. The open layout seamlessly connects the main room to a well-equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. The host was very accommodating and communication was seamless.

We so enjoyed the flat- it is spacious, bright, well equipped and very comfortable- just as pictured. The building is lovely and the terrace was wonderful on a sunny morning for a warm cup of tea or coffee. It is right on the edge of Notting Hill so convenient to the vibrant streets, as well as to Kensington Garden and the tube. The staff at SMARTER are also responsive, helpful and kind. We are repeat guests and will remain loyal guests! Thank you!

This flat is fantastic! The Letting agency is so professional and everything was well taken care of. The flat itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, the bedroom was extremely quiet and the backyard so pretty. The flat was clean, beautiful decor and everything was so nice and homely. This is an incredible home in an amazing location. It's very close to Hyde Park, as well as many restaurants and shops. It is also a very short walk to the nearest tube station. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the architectural details, modern amenities, spaciousness and location of this flat. The balconies are wonderful and we enjoyed them daily for morning coffee and tea. So many restaurants (try the Thai place!), and pubs nearby, notting hill is in walking distance along with multiple tube stops- really top notch location!

This place is great! The neighborhood is perfect and the apartment is close to anything you may need. Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and Hyde Park is a short walk away. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.
