This home has the added luxury of two terraces leading off two of the bedrooms, plus the rare addition of a garden that can be accessed from the French windows in the kitchen and dining area.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Settrington Road is home to a total of four bedrooms for use. Two bedrooms have UK super-king size beds (6ft wide), one of which is complete with an en-suite bathroom; the third bedroom offers a double bed while the fourth consists of a single bed. There is a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, and WC, and a separate WC can be found on the ground floor.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
There are three flights of stairs within the house. You will find the kitchen, dining and living areas, a separate lavatory, and access to the garden on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find the family bathroom and a terrace leading from one of the single bedrooms. The second terrace is found on the top floor connected to the bedroom with the en-suite.

When you are ready to venture out, you are conveniently located close by Parson’s Green tube stop or 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway. This quiet residential neighbourhood boasts a wealth of local amenities, including an excellent pub, local butcher, and cafe, all within a few minutes walk of the front door.
This holiday rental also borders the famous King’s Road, a delightful mix of chain stores and high-end boutiques. The area is home to the impressive exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery, the horticultural displays of the Chelsea Physics Garden, and Sir Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital's splendour, which plays annual host the Chelsea Flower Show.
