A quality place for family/ work

We loved our stay in this house. It is lovely, very well located and very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is very well organized. We felt like at home there! We will come back with pleasure!

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to love our stay! The home is so lovely and inviting, we instantly felt right at home. We loved the kitchen and back garden area, so much nice natural light and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring London. The walk down King’s Road toward the tube station was the perfect way to start the day and grab some breakfast, and the local restaurants were all wonderfully delicious. We really loved feeling like we were part of the neighborhood. Renting with this agency was very easy. They responded to all of my questions quickly and the process of checking in/checking out was very simple. We would definitely choose them again for our rental needs.

Wonderful Stay. We fell in love with Chelsea. Great street and could walk everywhere. Beautiful home and courtyard. Hope to stay here again!

My family (two grandkids, their parents and my wife and I) recently completed a stay at an apartment on Smith Terrace, London. Our experience was five stars for a number of reasons for which there is not enough space to list, but the "headline" reasons would be: ...an absolutely gorgeous apartment a block from King Street, Chelsea, London. The apartment had everything you'd want in a stay. What's so interesting is that the pictures and description does not do the apartment justice. It is far nicer than any description you'll read. ...the best customer service and support I've ever experienced when renting a vacation home/apartment. I was so pleased to see a whole new level of customer support that I had not found when renting from other brands

Smith Terrace, was a lovely experience. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The location is magnificent, in one of the best and most beautiful neighborhoods in London. We would certainly book it again on our next trip.

The location was spectacular. Heart of Chelsea, 50 yds from a great Italian restaurant, but many choices nearby. Lovely house with wonderful kitchen that would please most discerning cooks (although we didn't use it, as we were in London for a wedding and seemed to have things going on every night). The kitchen had great natural light and looked over a nice little terrace garden. (We were there late November, but in more temperate months it would be lovely to spend time or open the sliding glass windows, basically removing the wall. The team was great communicating via email and gave us flexibility in our checkout. We would certainly use The management company, again. I need to come back to London for a week in late January. If I can't get this house, I'll look for whatever they have to offer before booking another place. Thank you for the great service!
