Ivy is proud to present this beautifully designed and finished home in the secret heart of London. Being our most centrally located vacation rental, this charming apartment is perfect for couples wishing to explore our great capital.
LIVING & EATING
A very comfortable sitting room with a dining table overlooks Bury St's art and antique galleries below. This room is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and leads onto a beautiful marble-floored kitchen with all essential appliances.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home has one bedroom with a UK king-size bed (5ft wide) and plentiful storage and closet space. Adjacent to this room via the hallway is the marble bathroom, intelligently and elegantly designed, with a large shower stall and underfloor heating.
LAYOUT & ACCESS
The apartment is located on the second floor of the block, with elevator and stairs access. The home is set out over a single floor.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
A residential abode in this location is a scarce find indeed. Stepping out onto Bury St, an embarrassment of galleries, fine restaurants, and London landmarks shops greet you. Buckingham Palace and Green Park are within 5 minutes walk, as are Fortnum & Mason, Bond Street, Pall Mall, and St James’s. Tea at The Ritz is just around the corner. Walk a little farther east, and you’ll be in Piccadilly Circus and Theatreland within 10 minutes. Not that you’ll really need it, but you have Green Park tube station close by, which the excellent Piccadilly Line serves.

Moments from Oxford Street, Marylebone is like a red-bricked village. Paul McCartney penned Yesterday here; Arthur Conan Doyle wrote Sherlock Holmes. Walk north along its fashionable high street, past Daunt Books, to the many attractions of Regent’s Park. Come Sunday, a visit to Marylebone Farmers’ Market is best followed by brunch at Chiltern Firehouse.
