This home has one bedroom with a UK king-size bed (5ft wide) and plentiful storage and closet space. Adjacent to this room via the hallway is the marble bathroom, intelligently and elegantly designed, with a large shower stall and underfloor heating.

LAYOUT & ACCESS
The apartment is located on the second floor of the block, with elevator and stairs access. The home is set out over a single floor. 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
A residential abode in this location is a scarce find indeed. Stepping out onto Bury St, an embarrassment of galleries, fine restaurants, and London landmarks shops greet you. Buckingham Palace and Green Park are within 5 minutes walk, as are Fortnum & Mason, Bond Street, Pall Mall, and St James’s. Tea at The Ritz is just around the corner. Walk a little farther east, and you’ll be in Piccadilly Circus and Theatreland within 10 minutes. Not that you’ll really need it, but you have Green Park tube station close by, which the excellent Piccadilly Line serves.
