We’re delighted to present this lovely riverside apartment with incredible views over the Thames. With easy connections to the centre via nearby Hammersmith, a stay in this home will offer a sense of rural seclusion from the hustle of city life.
LIVING & EATING
A very comfortable, bright and spacious living and dining room form the centrepiece of this home, with wide uninterrupted views over the river. A small private balcony brings you even closer to the river. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins this room.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The home has two bedrooms, a master with UK king size (5ft wide) bed and en suite shower room, and a second single bedroom with a large single bed. A family bathroom serves this bedroom off the main corridor.
LAYOUT & ACCESS
The apartment is located on the first floor of the block, with elevator and stair access. There are no steps within the apartment. This property has one secured gate parking space for those travelling by car.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Stepping out of the home, you’ll find yourself on one of the prettiest stretches of river in west London.
A popular and very traditional pub is on the other side of the road, a popular outside meeting place in the summer months. Old and attractive riverside pubs are part of the area’s charm and attract visitors worldwide – but this does mean that you will be aware of the noise of people chatting if sitting outside on the balcony at such times. (Inside, double glazing blocks the sound of chatter, and both bedrooms also have blackout blinds.) Most times, though, your balcony time will involve admiring silent dawns with swans on the river, and enjoying peaceful afternoons and romantic drinks at sunset.
The immediate area is mainly residential, but Hammersmith, a short walk away, brings you within easy reach of the centre of London via its excellent tube access (the Piccadilly Line taking you directly to the West End in around 15 minutes and District Line to Westminster and the Houses of Parliament), together with plenty of local shops and restaurants in Hammersmith itself.
