The home is situated on a quiet residential road but with easy walking access to numerous shops, the lovely Eel Brook Common and Parson’s Green, some excellent restaurants (including the gastropub The Tommy Tucker on the same street) and Fulham Broadway, which includes the tube station (District Line), a large cinema and multiple eating options. This part of Fulham is very family-oriented, and this home is very family-friendly!

It was easy to deal with the landlords, the "house rules" and instructions were clear and complete, getting the keys was easy, and they always responded quickly to any texts or emails and gave clear instructions. The house itself was great, excellent location just four minutes from the tube, large kitchen, large bedrooms. Our party of six adults could not have asked for more (except that the nearest tube station was closed on the day we arrived, which isn't anybody's fault, of course).
The house is very nice and big, located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to train and busses station
Property was great! Plenty of room for 7 of us to have our own space. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen which was nice and bright and spacious.

We loved the home away from home in London! The neighbourhood was quiet but at the same time close to some good local restaurants and easy access to Victoria tube station allowing us to get around easily. If you like to walk it is also a good location for seeing a good portion of the sites which are less than 30 min walk. Beds were super comfortable and the toiletries package was a thoughtful touch. The key pick up was also very convenient.
Our stay in this home began with a last minute request for early check-in which was quickly answered with positive results, especially helpful since many flights from the USA are red-eye flights that arrive early in the morning. We picked up both sets of keys at the designated key nest location, with all details communicated very clearly prior to traveling. We arrive at the home, only a couple blocks away, to see a well cared for home in a neighborhood that seemed to be largely residential long term homes. The location is convenient to both the London Underground trains (nearby station is Fulham Broadway) and many wonderful local restaurants and grocery stores. Stonehenge and Dover. Inside the home everything we needed for the week's stay was easy to locate. We typically make an effort to eat breakfast in the home every day, and this home is has a well appointed kitchen including gas range. We did have an issue with the water heater not functioning properly....a quick note to the property manager resulted in resolution by the end of the business day....THANKS! There were more bedrooms than were needed. This home is quite large and has a quaint backyard area. There is no air conditioning in the homes in London (as far as I've ever seen) so our small family picked out the bedrooms with best airflow via windows and fans. This home makes an excellent home base for exploring London. The Underground line that serves this location is the District Line.

This is a very convenient rental. Very accessible to underground. The house is clean and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was very functional, clean, spacious. We did not use the kitchen much as we were out for wedding events most of the days.
The house was lovely and a great location for getting to center London. It is only a 20 minute tube ride into central London. There were a couple of grocery stores near by as well as restaurants. The house had plenty of space for our extended family of 8. Our granddaughters ( 2 & 5) loved playing in the backyard.
This house was as lovely and comfortable as its photos. We loved the neighborhood and the closeness to the Tube stop and to grocery stores and pharmacies. We recommend it highly
Stayed for a week with family in April 2023. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family holiday in London. The location was ideal, on a quiet road with a less than 10 minute walk to the Fulham Broadway tube station and the District Line.

Wonderful family home with character and space.
A lovely house - plenty of space and well furnished. A great location to get into town too - Fulham Broadway Underground is only a 5 min walk away. The team was very responsive and resolved any questions efficiently. Having a professional manager available adds a lot of comfort to the stay.
We came to London for our daughter’s graduation and needed to be able to easily get downtown for several functions, this house was perfect. East tube and bus access, within 2 blocks or so. Nice neighborhood, pub on the corner and several options for groceries. Biggest plus of this property is the kitchen/dining area and garden off the kitchen. Everything we needed and easy to cook or order take away but still all be able to eat together. Overall furnishings were comfortable, it reminded us of a lake house. Slight downside was where the tv is there is only 1 couch, could use a few extra chairs. It didn’t bother us because we were on the go all the time but I think a few more chairs would be nice. Upstairs sitting room had more seating and this was nice. If you have a larger family and easy transportation is important this property will definitely work for you. Rental property staff were excellent, responded very quickly on a few items and were a real asset during our stay. We come to London a few times a year and have a fair bit of rental experience, this is a solid choice. Overall very positive experience.
