We’re delighted to welcome our portfolio to this substantial family home on a quiet residential road, an easy walk to Fulham Broadway tube station. With abundant space indoors and out, it will suit families and larger groups in great comfort.

LIVING & EATING
A large eat-in kitchen sits on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, as you’d expect, with all the amenities for family meals, and the open plan dining area offers lots of space. Adjoining this room is the spacious sitting room, with high ceilings, fireplace, and TV. The basement also has a kitchen/utility room with cooking facilities and a huge playroom. 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The home can sleep a total of eight guests. The basement has a bedroom with a UK king size (5ft wide) bed and a playroom which can sleep two guests on a double sofa bed. A bathroom serves both these rooms with a shower stall. The first floor has two double bedrooms (both 4.5ft wide) and a large family bathroom with a shower stall and bath. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom with a super-king bed (6ft wide) and an en suite bathroom with a clawfoot bath.

The home is accessed at street level into the main living room and is set over 4 floors, including the basement.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The home is situated on a quiet residential road but with easy walking access to numerous shops, the lovely Eel Brook Common and Parson’s Green, some excellent restaurants (including the gastropub The Tommy Tucker on the same street) and Fulham Broadway, which includes the tube station (District Line), a large cinema and multiple eating options. This part of Fulham is very family-oriented, and this home is very family-friendly!

HOME TRUTHS
Waterford Road wears the character of a much-loved family home, and it is priced accordingly. We do have more luxurious options in our portfolio, but for size and superb location, Waterford Road is an excellent option, if you’re happy with a few slightly rougher edges!

A lovely house - plenty of space and well furnished. A great location to get into town too - Fulham Broadway Underground is only a 5 min walk away. The Ivy team was very responsive and resolved any questions efficiently. Having a professional manager available adds a lot of comfort to the stay.

We came to London for our daughter’s graduation and needed to be able to easily get downtown for several functions, this house was perfect. East tube and bus access, within 2 blocks or so. Nice neighborhood, pub on the corner and several options for groceries. Biggest plus of this property is the kitchen/dining area and garden off the kitchen. Everything we needed and easy to cook or order take away but still all be able to eat together. Overall furnishings were comfortable, it reminded us of a lake house. Slight downside was where the tv is there is only 1 couch, could use a few extra chairs. It didn’t bother us because we were on the go all the time but I think a few more chairs would be nice. Upstairs sitting room had more seating and this was nice. If you have a larger family and easy transportation is important this property will definitely work for you. Rental property staff were excellent, responded very quickly on a few items and were a real asset during our stay. We come to London a few times a year and have a fair bit of rental experience, this is a solid choice. Overall very positive experience.
