Welcome to this lovely, well located, 2 bedroom flat (sleeping up to 4 people) that has a lovely outside garden with table and chairs. It is perfect for families or a group of friends wanting to visit London. It is situated right next door to the wonderful Battersea Park which has woods, boating lake, adventure playground and children's zoo!

The flat is located on the ground floor of the building.

There is WiFi throughout the whole house.

Living and eating

The living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating. 

The dining table is equipped with seating for up to 10 guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge freezer hob etc.

There is access to the garden from the living room/dinning area through the double glass doors.

The garden has a table with 4 chairs and a BBQ!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master Bedroom: A light bright room, the master bedroom has a comfy double bed and lots of hanging/cupboard space. 

Second bedroom: The second bedroom has two comfy single beds with large windows letting in lots of light. There is also lots of room to hang and put away you belongings.

There is a bathroom in the flat which contains a WC, sink and shower. There is also a WC with sink.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. 

Guests will have access to the whole flat. We will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

We will ensure there is someone at the house on your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help settle you in with a quick tour of the property. The Area

Battersea is a charming district in south-west London. Battersea Park, one of London's largest and most charming parks, is less than a minute's walk from the house, and the River Thames is just on the other side of the park.
Inside of the park, several are the offered activities: mini golf, zip lining, a small Children's Zoo and many others. It's just the perfect place not only for families, but for everyone who loves to take romantic walks, energizing runs or just sit down and chill by enjoying the beautiful atmosphere.

Chelsea's Kings Road, with fashionable boutiques, cafes and bistros, is also within walking distance.

The flat is a short bus ride away (10 mins) from Battersea Park Station where Overground Trains and Souther Railway trains stop.

There are also great bus links from the flat with many bus stops 2-3 minutes walk way- buses taking you to Chelsea, Kensington and south to Clapham etc.

*** This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

The home is an amazing location for families with the proximity to Battersea Park and especially the GoApe play area. Kings Road is just over the most beautiful Albert Bridge.
But the most amazing "find" is the nearby (Website hidden by Airbnb) for Breakfast on the River or Evening Dinners (on the river) and even a Cinema and Theatre.
In our experience the best homes to stay in are the ones with a modern shower / bathroom on a par with 5 star hotels and this property definitely delivers. It really makes a difference being able to jump in and out, even though you can be tempted to stay in for longer with the instant hot water.
The apartment has rooms set along a long corridor (room 1, then room 2, toilet with sink, shower-room with extra toilet, living room then Kitchen and garden at the back. This provides privacy for anyone staying where the rooms are relatively far from the living room and you will not be able to hear a thing from the Kitchen if you are in Room 1.
And we got incredible value for money.
The price of a single hotel room for 5 people.
