This modern property is the perfect place to stay if you plan to explore London as you will enjoy easy access to any part of the city!

Living and Eating

The living room is full of natural light thanks to the giant windows. The living room comprises 1 comfortable sofa, a smart TV (with Freeview) and a dining table (up to 6 guests). The open-plan kitchen is well equipped including fridge, kettle, oven, hobs, etc.  You can access the balcony from the living area. The balcony is a lovely place where you can have a delightful evening with a glass of wine. 

Bedroom and Bathroom

Master Bedroom: a decent-sized bedroom with a cotton-soft king size bed and large wardrobe. 
The living room has a double sofa bed, suitable for either 1 adult or 2 teenagers.
There is 1 bathroom in the flat. The bathroom is equipped with a cabin shower. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. The Area

Pimlico is a residential district in London. In less than 15 mins walk you can get to the river Thames. The famous Tate Britain gallery is 20 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.

With Victoria Underground station (Circle, District and Victoria lines) 12 minutes away by foot, reach any part of London in the blink of an eye. If you wish to use a car - there is a Qpark (charges) and motorcycles, which are free located in the Winchester Street (which is one parallel street away). If you would like to use a bus - Winchester Street (Stop C) station is only 6 minutes away and it is serving lines: 360 and C10.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

If you are a fan of stairs, or at least not averse to them, this place is highly recommended. Lovely views from the rooftop balcony and a well appointed apartment. The location was excellent for both convenience and amenities. There is a cafe/restaurant at the Artist Residence right around the corner that became our go-to breakfast/brunch spot. Be sure to check out the lower level if you go.

This cozy one bedroom is nicely appointed and has an unexpectedly lovely city view. It is close to everything and easy access to Victoria Station. It is up multiple flights of stairs, which is how you get to the lovely views. Suitable for small families, couples or singles.

We had a lovely stay here. Great flat in a great neighborhood. Hosts were very communicative.
