The location / neighborhood is great. Notting Hill is a great neighborhood to explore and flat is accessible to tube making it easy to explore all parts of London. Accommodations were great - had everything we needed, washer / dryer etc. This flat has character, would definitely return

This is a delightful flat located near the north end of Holland Park and in close proximity to Notting Hill Gate and High Street Kensington tube stations. The flat has all the modern amenities while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is very professional and accommodating. They are hands-on and quick to respond whenever required. This characterful flat was a delight, clean organised and very functional , reminds me of the secret hideaways one would find in an Alistair Sawday Special Places to stay guide in the 2000’s. Full of books and rugs, it has an intelligent feel about it, a perfect Notting Hill escape where you can pretend you live there !!! Will definitely go back !!

This is a wonderful flat in a great Notting Hill location close to two Tube stations. The flat is clean and well-appointed, and the bed is high quality (a real plus as I have rented many London flats over the years and satisfactory bedding is often an issue, even in high-end flats). Perhaps the most surprising positive was that although the flat is on the second floor and I was there during August, the breeze from the large bedroom window was heavenly and provided wonderful natural air conditioning even during extremely hot days. While the flat is on the small side and really couldn't fit a third person, it is ideal for a solo traveler and good for a couple. Overall, a fine flat!
