Here are dozens of great restaurants, bars and cafes. Visit the nice village-style pub The Marquis of Westminster (50 Warwick Way) and Pimlico Thai (22 Charlwood St) with good Thai food and affordable prices. Don’t miss Cask Pub Kitchen (6 Charlwood St) next door which has been a pioneer in the craft beer trend since 2009. All the spots are at a stone’s throw from the property.

Tesco and Little Waitrose supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away, and so are the Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. There’s a number of adorable parks in the vicinity including Warwick Square, Eccleston Square and St. George’s Square, all can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The location of the property is absolutely superb with some of the main city’s attraction just around the corner. Tate Britain with a vast collection of British art is a 15 minute walk away, and beautiful neo-Byzantine Westminster Cathedral can be reached in 10 minutes. You can get to Buckingham Palace, St. James Park and Westminster Abbey in only 20 minutes on foot.

* Please note that this property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because the owners are looking for long-term tenant. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential tenants, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.

ALTIDO London wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.


Great communication even when we were several hours delayed. Easy walk to the tube, nice place for our family of five. A little tight, but good value.
Very comfortable and convenient flat near Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. Lots of great restaurants in the area. I would stay there again.
This was the perfect property for a comfortable London holiday. The space, location and everything about it was fantastic. The Pimlico location was centrally located to 2 tube stops, many pubs, shops and a daily food market just up the street. I will stay here again if my travels take me back to the area.
