Angel Underground station (Northern line) is less than 5 minutes' walk away, so you will have easy access to the rest of London.

Living & Dining

The flat has a wonderful open-plan living area, including kitchen and dining table. There is a wide and comfortable sofa and armchair, gathered around an elegant coffee table. There is also a smart TV, meaning you will have plenty of choice of programmes to enjoy!

The dining table has space for two. Should you need to catch up on any work during your stay, this could also be used as a desk.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a small fridge freezer, microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The bedroom has a King-sized bed, plus plenty of wardrobe space for your clothes while you stay.
The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom. It has a shower, sink, and toilet.

Guests will have access to the whole flat. We will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. The flat is located on the first floor (no lift).

The Area

Islington is one of London's most desirable residential districts. The flat is located in a row of elegant Georgian houses. It is close to some of London best attractions such as the incredible St Paul’s Cathedral. Numerous parks and gardens are within a walking distance, and Sadler’s Wells Theatre, one of the world’s leading contemporary dance venues, is situated very close. London Bridge, the Tower of London, The British Library, Regent’s Park and King’s Cross can all be reached either in 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car. The Barbican Art Centre and the Museum of London are only a 20 minute walk away.

There are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Jamie’s Italian Angel (409-411 St John St) is a short walk away, for authentic Italian cuisine from the celebrity chief Jamie Oliver. There are also several grocery shops and supermarkets in the vicinity including Sainsbury’s if you fancy having a home cooked meal in! You can also get to one of the best night clubs in town XOYO (32-37 Cowper St) in 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car.

The flat has excellent transport links. You can walk to the Angel underground station in about 5 minutes and from there you can get Covent Garden, Hyde Park or Trafalgar Square in to 15-20 minutes! There are also numerous bus stops close by taking you to central London!

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

Location was very good, close to Angel Tube Station and to the all restaurants and shops in the Angel area. The property is compact and has all the necessary facilities.

Great location - minutes from the Underground, tons of fun restaurants and pubs nearby as well as other shops. Centrally located, safe and busy street.

The apartment itself was clean and in good shape and the team managing the apartment were pretty responsive.
