Earl's Court is a vibrant district situated within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in West London. The area offers a wide range of fun-filled activities to enjoy throughout your stay, alongside an array of restaurants, bars and cafes. Attractions nearby include Hyde Park, the Science Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum and Harrods, all within a 20-minute walk away. Specific recommendations from the homeowner herself include La Pappardella (1-minute walk away) for authentic Italian cuisine and The Bolton (2-minute walk away) for a quintessentially English pub experience. Earl's Court Underground Station is a 5-minute walk away, servicing the District and Piccadilly lines, the latter which can take you directly to/from Heathrow Airport. The nearest bus stop is Redcliffe Gardens (Stop M) and is just around the corner from the flat. If you're travelling by car, the A3218 Old Brompton Road is just down the road from the flat and there is pay-and-display parking nearby.

This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because the owner is in search of a long-term tenant. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential long-term tenants. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
