Blackfriars station is less than five minutes' walk from the flat. Located on the 5th floor (there is a lift), the property consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a very impressive open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and a balcony. Sleeps 2. Linen and towels provided. WiFi throughout.

We look forward to welcoming you to London! This one-bed flat is a large and very conveniently located flat with stunning views across the River Thames to the City of London. The flat is located on the fifth floor, but there is a lift.

Just a couple of minutes' walk from Blackfriars station, you will find it easy to get around. Waterloo and Southwark stations are also within walking distance.

Living and Dining

The flat has a large open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. At one end, the lounge has a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, with flat-screen smart TV for you to enjoy.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a kettle.
The dining table has seating for up to 4. This can also be used as a desk, should you need to catch up on any work during your stay.
The flat also has a balcony; the bench is a great spot to relax after a hard day's sightseeing!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, plus plenty of hanging space and drawers for you to store your clothes in during your stay.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower (no bath).
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guests will have access to the whole flat. We will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. The flat is on the fifth floor, but there is a lift.

We will ensure there is someone at the house on your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help settle you in with a quick tour of the property. We are always on hand to make your visit as enjoyable as possible and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile so please don't hesitate to drop us a line or an email. Southwark is an very conveniently located district in central London. You can easily walk to St Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern, The Globe Theatre, Tower Bridge, the British Film Institute, the Royal Festival Hall, and the National Theatre.

Blackfriars station, served by the Circle and District lines, as well as National Rail, is just a few minutes' walk from the flat. From here you can catch direct trains to Luton and Gatwick airports, as well as lots of other parts of central London.

Other stations within walking distance include Southwark (Jubilee line) and Waterloo (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, and Waterloo & City lines, plus National Rail services).

Important

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
