The apartment is fantastically well located on one of the area's most sought-after streets, in a gorgeous Victorian townhouse moments from the famous Kings Road – home to high-end highstreet stores, cafes and more. It has 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 4 people) – perfect for families or a group of friends visiting London and looking for somewhere cosy and comfortable to stay.

With Fulham Broadway Underground station (District line) only 15-20 minutes' walk away, as well as being situated equidistant between South Kensington – home of the V&A, Science and Natural History Museums, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park – Gloucester Road and West Brompton stations, the apartment is extremely well positioned in a classy residential neighbourhood among some of London's most glamorous properties.

The living room has lots of comfortable seating: one sofa, and two armchairs, gathered around a TV and a working fireplace. The living room also has a dining table with seating for 6.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need, including small fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed. The fitted wardrobes provide lots of storage space for your clothes. There is also a desk and an electronic keyboard.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with toilet, sink, bath, and over-bath shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds, plus a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The second bathroom (not ensuite) has a toilet, sink, and shower.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

There is 1 flight of stairs leading up to the flat, and it is located on the second floor of the building. There isn’t a lift in the building.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

We would highly recommend this place. This is the second time we stay at this flat, and we're already looking forward to staying here on our next visit. The welcoming staff are friendly and flexible. The place has all necessary amenities. The flat is clean and charming. There are great restaurants, shopping and art museums in the neighbourhood. The area is quiet and allows for a good nights rest, so that you have energy to explore London during day ahaving a night out.
