Suitable for up to 4 guests. Essentials, TV, and WiFi provided.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is bright & airy, flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows. The room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with Virgin Media. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests, as the dining table is extendable. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat. 

KITCHEN
The separate kitchen is modern in style and fully-equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hobs, washer/dryer and wine fridge. The kitchen is also furnished with a breakfast bar and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a toilet and a sink. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a cabin shower, a toilet and a sink. In addition, there is a guest toilet at your disposal. 
In both bathrooms there is underfloor heating and the showers are rainfall showers. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.

OUTDOOR AREA
The flat offers a private courtyard, accessible via the first bedroom and is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. 

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Bloomsbury is a popular neighbourhood situated at the heart of Central London, neighbouring Russell Square and Holborn. Nearby attractions include the boutiques and shops on Lambs Conduit Street, the theatres of the West End and the many parks and squares where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. Dining recommendations from the homeowners include Salaam Namaste (2-min walk) for authentic Indian cuisine, Noble Rot Lamb's Conduit wine bar (5-min walk), Ciao Bella (3-min walk) for Italian dishes and The Lamb (3-min walk) for a quintessentially English pub experience.

Russell Square Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Piccadilly line that goes to/from Heathrow Airport. Chancery Lane Underground Station is also a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Central line. London King’s Cross & St Pancras International are both a 15-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is Guilford Street (Stop HD), just around the corner from the flat, servicing buses that go directly to Lancaster Gate and Archway. If you’re travelling by car, the A5200 Grays Inn Road is just down the road from the flat. There is pay-and-display parking nearby at a rate of £12 for 2 hours.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
