The open-plan living area is spacious and airy, with stunning views of St Katharine Docks Marina. The reception area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 10 guests. The winter garden is at the foredeck and is equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining. The study is located at the rear of the boat, offering stunning views of Tower Bridge. There is a guest toilet at your disposal. A central atrium stairway leads down to the lower deck.
The second reception area offers stunning views of the River Thames and is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, alongside a decorative fireplace. Down the corridor, the first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite shower room equipped with a sauna. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite shower room with a separate bathtub. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These rooms offer a shared en-suite shower room.
Guests will have access to the entire boathouse. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

Tower Hill Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Circle and District lines. The nearest bus stop is St Katharine Docks (Stop TN). If you're travelling by car, the A100 Tower Bridge Road is just around the corner and there is pay-and-display parking nearby. If you’d like to explore the city by bicycle, there is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just down the road from the boathouse.

Kindly note that the property is not equipped with a television. Also, please be informed that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly off limits. Furthermore, the WiFi is set up with a dongle and as such, the reception in the lower deck is not very strong. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We will be in touch to offer you assistance with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans and linen changes. If there is anything that has been missed out or if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch. All feedback is appreciated.
*** This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.
We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
