If you're looking to enjoy some of the city's best cultural offerings, you've come to the right place! Buckingham Palace, The National Portrait Gallery, Trafalgar Square and the English National Opera are all within a 10-minute walk away.

For all you shopping enthusiasts out there, Fortnum & Mason, one of London's oldest department stores, is just down the road from the property. Burlington Arcade Shopping Centre and Shepherd's Market are also minutes away, as is Regent's Street and New Bond Street.

 

A trip to London wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of its' lovely Royal Parks and you're in luck with Hyde Park, Green Park and St. James's Park all within a 10-minute walk away!

The area offers an array of dining options but we highly recommend a visit to The Rivoli Bar at The Ritz for an aperitif before heading to one of the many high-end restaurants in Mayfair, notably near Berkeley Square. 

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the perfect home for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a luxurious and memorable stay in London. 

Piccadilly Circus Underground Station is a 6-minute walk away, servicing the Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines, the latter which takes you to/from Heathrow Airport. The closest bus stop is Old Bond Street Royal Academy (Stop G). If you're travelling by car, the A4 Piccadilly is just around the corner from the property. 

Living and Eating

The living room is beautifully decorated with stylish interiors and is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the French doors. The room is furnished with a designer L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a double sofa-bed, as well as a black-velvet armchair and a flat-screen TV.
The adjacent dining area can seat up to 6 guests.
Through the French doors is the stunning terrace which is spacious in size and offers plenty of outdoor furniture including a sofa and a dining table with chairs. 
The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs.

Bedroom and Bathroom

First Bedroom: a bright & airy bedroom with a king-size bed, an armchair, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower, alongside a separate cabin shower.
Second Bedroom: a spacious & comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, an air-conditioner and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a cabin shower. 
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep up to 2 adults. 
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

 The property is located on the fourth floor and there is a lift onsite.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

This is a really great apartment in a superb central location. The apartment is a good size, beds are comfortable and everything is super clean and fresh. The roof terrace is a real feature and much bigger than what you would typically find in London. Even though we stayed in March, the weather was pleasant and we still managed to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
