Oxford St. bounds Marylebone to the south and Regent’s Park to the North. Since the 17th century, it has been a fashionable and vibrant London community with past residents, including Charles Dickens and Lord Byron and Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes's creation. Today, Marylebone High Street offers boutiques, some of the finest dining in London and superb, well-stocked supermarkets for those who prefer to eat at home. The area also boasts Madame Tussauds, Wigmore Hall, Baker Street and numerous pubs and gastro-pubs if you need a pint or some nourishment. Located in zone one, you couldn’t be better situated to enjoy all of London’s cafes, restaurants, shops, theatres and parks - you’ll be spoilt for choice of what to do with your time. If you have little ones with you, why not treat them to an afternoon in Hamleys, London’s most famous toyshop. Hamleys is just a fifteen-minute walk down the buzzing Regent’s St, and once you’re there, you may as well take a trip around the corner to Selfridge’s to treat yourself! When the weather is on your side, make sure to enjoy the boating lake situated in the famous Regent’s Park, where you can enjoy people watching while bobbing about in your very own rowing boat. Oxford Street - the world-famous shopping district - is a five- minute walk from the door, and the twists and turns of quirky Carnaby Street not much further.

This townhouse is set right by Sherlock Holmes' famous house at 221b Baker Street. Set over three floors, the Ivy team particularly recommend this London vacation rental to families and large groups looking for 3 bedrooms in the heart of the city.

A beautiful property in London. Conveniently between Baker Stretand Marylebone Tube Stations. Wonderful pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood of Dorset Square. The home is comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The host quickly respond to questions. Highly recommend this gem in Marlybone!
Our family of 4 with two adults and two teens had a wonderful stay on Linhope St. The flat was in a great location, on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from two tube stops and the beautiful Regent’s Park. It was nicely laid out with space and privacy for our family; we were very happy to have separate bedrooms and a bath for our teens in addition to the main bedroom with en-suite bath. This was our second SMARTER stay and it won’t be our last!
Nice location, quick walk to the underground. Relatively quiet, everything we needed. Perhaps the best part is that there were sufficient instructions for everything (wi-fi, TV, washer/dryer) so we didn't have to guess at what we were doing.
While there are a few quirky things, location was great and on a very quiet street. Management company was generally very responsive. Easy check-in process was a good plus.
A wonderful, quiet spot in London, close to the Tube and Regent Park. A well appointed property that feels like home. Plenty of grocery options nearby which is helpful. After a lovely stay last summer we came back for a week at Easter.
Wonderful stay for a quick week to London. We enjoyed the easy access to the trains and bus lines but was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood for rest. The 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family and friends. Nice bright and clean. Would visit again. Shout out to The Volunteer pub down the street...nicest people!
We loved our stay. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to everything - restaurants, park and universities. Hope to stay again. Have to make sure you pick up keys at newsstand prior to arriving at home. We had taxi make two stops - one to get keys and then drop off with luggage.
We stayed for a week and had to extend for a few days because of a missing passport. The property is Immaculate. We received immediate responses to our emailed questions from Nicola. We were very pleased!
Professional and easy booking experience.
Well located property in quiet street, close to Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations and lots of shops including Tesco Express and Pizza Express which has gluten free options. Three storey property. Ground floor includes living, dining/kitchen, laundry and toilet. Second floor comprises main bedroom with carpeted ensuite including bath and snug shower recess. Third floor has two bedrooms and bathroom with toilet and bath. Great house for family of four. Small outside courtyard good for relaxing in the afternoon after a busy day. Our few issues were quickly dealt with.
An excellent, well kept property on a very quiet street, yet only 5 minutes from Baker Street and Marylebone Stations. A short walk to Regents Park and all necessary amenities near by. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like a home.
Perfect house for a family trip to London. Excellent location near Regents Park, Marylebone High St and Baker St tube. Comfortable for a family of 4. We appreciated the professional and responsive management agent who helped us from check-in to check-out.
