Welcome to this studio apartment, situated on King's Road in Chelsea. Nearby attractions include the Chelsea Physic Garden, the National Army Museum, the River Thames and the various shops & restaurants on the King's Road itself. This third floor studio flat offers a pull-down double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining area, a sitting area and a private balcony. Sleeps up to 2 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.
OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a pull-down double bed. The kitchenette is fully-equipped and includes a cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, an oven and element hobs. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 3 guests. There is Wifi available, however please note that it is emitted from a dongle and as such, the connection can be disrupted.
The bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.
There is a private balcony at your disposal, accessible via the kitchenette and furnished with outdoor seating.
Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.
We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. King's Road is one of West London's most renowned streets in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Attractions include the Chelsea Physic Garden, the National Army Museum, the River Thames, the Saatchi Gallery, Sloane Square, Duke of York Square and the various shops & restaurants on King's Road itself. Specific restaurant recommendations from the homeowner include: Bluebird Chelsea for modern European dishes, The Chelsea Corner for Italian cuisine and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for French fine dining.
Sloane Square Underground Station is a 15-minute walk away, servicing the Circle & District lines. The nearest bus stop is Old Church Street Chelsea (Stop KE) and is just across the road from the flat. If you're travelling by car, the A3217 King's Road is just on your doorstep and there is pay-and-display parking nearby. If you'd like to explore the city by bicycle, there is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just around the corner from the flat by the river.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
