This apartment will place you right in the heart of London’s West End with Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond Street and Piccadilly all on your doorstep. If you find yourself out late at night, then London Night Tube services are now running on the Central and Victoria lines. Night Tube services on the Jubilee line will start 7 October 2016 and the Northern and Piccadilly lines will be running through the night from later in the Autumn. The Night Tube will be a 24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays. Spend a day at Buckingham Palace and watch the Changing of the Guards. If the Queen is in residence, theRoyal Standard flag will be flying. You never know, you may even spot Her Majesty in person. Then head to nearby St James’s Park, one of the Royal Parks of London, ideal for a picnic on a beautiful summer’s day, or perhaps indulge yourself by taking afternoon tea at the Ritz or one of London’s fabulous cafes.

No visit to London is complete without spending a day shopping in the West End, shopping at some of the best department stores in the world on Oxford Street and Regent Street. For the height of fashion, take a walk on Carnaby Street, home to many independent boutiques, made famous in the 1960s by British fashion icons such as Mary Quant.

You can have lunch in style or on a budget, because when it comes to dining out, you have every cuisine available in London. So, whether it's al fresco dining at St Christopher's Place or a sandwich on the run, there is something for everyone.

You will definitely want to see the main attractions and there are so many to choose from. With Westminster just a stone’s throw away, you can take in some of London’s most historic landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

*Please be advised that there is a scaffolding nearby - noise is possible during your stay, although it should not be very disruptive. We have lowered the rates in order to make up for any possible inconvenience.

We will be in touch to assist you with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans, linen changes and childcare equipment.

If there is anything that has been missed out or if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch! All feedback is appreciated.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
-  No candles
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
