We are delighted to welcome you to this modern industrial apartment situated in Shoreditch, East London’s trendiest neighbourhood. Attractions nearby include the Barbican Centre, Spitalfields Market and the Columbia Road Flower Market. Old Street Station is a 1-minute walk away, providing great transport links. The flat itself is set across 2 floors and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a kitchen, a dining area and access to a roof terrace. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.


The open-plan living area is bright & airy, flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows and skylight. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 16 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cafeteria, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat.   


The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a standalone bathtub and a separate cabin shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a cabin shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that can sleep up to 2 guests. There are 3 additional foldout beds at your disposal, alongside a guest toilet. Bathroom essentials are provided, including towels and toiletries.


A roof terrace is at your disposal, offering stunning views across the surrounding neighbourhood and furnished with outdoor furniture. The terrace is communal and is accessible until 10 pm.


Old Street Station is a 1-minute walk away, servicing the London Underground (Northern Line) and Great Northern trains. The nearest bus stop is Bunhill Row (Stop G) and is just around the corner from the flat, servicing buses that go directly to Waterloo and Oxford Circus. If you’re travelling by car, the A5201 Old Street is just down the road from the flat. Parking permits are available upon request.

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

-  Strictly no smoking, no parties
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
-  Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours
-  Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

Refundable damage deposit 500GBP 

*Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost.

*Once the booking is confirmed, we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time, you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3 pm and 10 pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10 pm and 12 am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time. Still, if you would like to leave your packed luggage on the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a trendy property, so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart, but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Would you please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance? Late checkout until 3 pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that, you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
